Location: Runway House, North Weald, Essex, CM16 6HR (Hybrid)

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus performance bonuses

About the Role:

As our Events Manager, you will be the face and voice of Elevating Business, responsible for planning and executing monthly networking events and fostering strong relationships with local business owners. Your role will involve driving event attendance, coordinating bookings for our exclusive Directors Club, and using your marketing skills to expand our reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute monthly networking events to create valuable experiences for local business owners.
  • Grow our networking group by inviting and engaging local businesses.
  • Handle bookings and registrations for events, including our exclusive Directors Club.
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to promote events and membership.
  • Use social media platforms to build awareness, drive engagement, and attract new members.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with current and potential members through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas for event themes, speakers, and activities.

About You:

  • Proven experience in event management, sales, or business development.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in phone and email outreach.
  • Experience in social media marketing and content creation.
  • A creative thinker with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A self-starter with a passion for networking and building relationships.
  • Comfortable speaking to business owners and engaging with diverse audiences.
